In this role you will be responsible for helping drive acquisition, product adoption, retention, and cross-sale of our fastest growing product offerings. To accomplish this you'll partner with our Product, Sales, Channel Partner, Marketing, Customer Success, and operations teams.

The Enterprise CSM will partner with cross-functional teams such as Onboarding, CS and Product to drive successful launches with customers, properly manage expectations, drive customer outcomes and feature adoption, while managing the overall long-term relationship as their Tekmetric advisor.
Tekmetric is looking for a Senior Software Engineer to take part in the full development lifecycle, from ideation and brainstorming, to implementation and testing. You will build a strong relationship with Product and Design teams and ensure our vision and goals are aligned.
