Customer Onboarding Specialist

What you'll do: Ownership over customer relationship to increase retention during the onboarding and hypercare phases. Customer base will be independent auto repair shop owners who own 1-2 locations. Primary point of contact to deliver a standardized sequence of onboarding activities for new customers that sign up (1:1 Intro calls, schedule trainings, technical set-ups, Q&A sessions) that will guide customers to encourage successful adoption. Liaison with data migration team and 3rd parties to schedule data migration and resolve technical migration questions/issues. Aid in data extractions for customers and in a set rotation for late shifts with other onboarding team members. Use strong project management skills to ensure completion of product configuration for a timely launch day. Analyze and monitor health of onboarding customers through our hypercare follow-up process.
