After using several shop management systems, we were lucky enough to meet the Tekmetric team at a conference. Their staff was knowledgeable and understood our shops neeeds. We made the switch to Tekmetric and couldnt be happier. When we joined, it was early on in Tekmetric's development. It was already leaps above their competitors, but was lacking a few features. The transfer process was easy, they took care of all it. This is important since we use it all day, they made our down time very minimal. One of our favorite things is their feature request board, where suggestions can be made, voted on by Tekmetic user community, and they make it happen. Super excited for their merchant integration as well, they always think of ways to make our business easier. #TekmetricForLife

Less confusing than others, helpful people, quick system and the calender makes it so much faster to make appointments. I like how I can have multiple tabs open on google at the same time for multitasking. Easy to navagate and input information without hassle.

the open and simple layout that I can find everything I need quick and easy. all the customers are in a customizable layout.

The fact that the inspection software is integrated with the repair order software is extremely helpful. Coming from the dealership world (ADP/CDK) we had to have other CRM type softwares to do our inspections and it was always double the work for us to input the sold/ declined work into the DMS.
