Tekmetric has an intuitive layout that is customizable to the individual's needs. The information is well laid out and easy to access. The inspection reports are the key factor when it comes to increasing close ratio, the ability to upload pictures or videos and the presentation to the customer makes all the difference.

Tekmetric is very user friendly and easy to navigate, it is fully customizable for your shop needs, the multi shop dashboard is great for businesses with multiple locations. the support team is great and there is a suggestions board where you can suggest changes and vote on and comment on other users recommendations and the development team actually reads it an constantly implements changed and upgrades.

Tekmetric is very intuitive to use, and provides an easy way to organize both vehicles present in the shop, progress on said vehicles, and keep customers up to date with diagnostics and quotes.

All the information it pulls up along side the ticket that I'm in such as specs (torque, how to do resets, etc.), fluids (fluid types for services, oil, trans, diff, etc.) Helps to make the workflow through the shop clear and easy to identify what my tasks are.
