When you add a part to your inventory, you have the option to add in a flat rate markup or set an auto-applied parts matrix.

Once you’ve created your parts matrices, anytime you use that part on a ticket, it will automatically apply that matrix to it. If you want to use a specialty matrix, you can manually select it from the dropdown menu.
