Tekmetric makes writing ROs EASY and FAST. It's super easy to track our numbers. The response team is quick and work with you to resolve any questions nearly immediately. Switchign over was seamless and it has ALL of our part vendors integrated in some way. AWESOME!

One of the advantage of this program is first there is no need to own a Server, (we used to replace one server per shop every 4 to 5 years, around $ 4,000 each), everything is online, I can work from home or at any of the terminals at any shop, I am able to set up different level of access depending of the employee posicion. The communication via text or email direct from a work order or texting without being into a work order as well. I caqn access all our shops on a single page.
