Tekmetric is very easy to use and adapt to your shop

This software totally changed how our shop operated. Before, we were using multiple systems for different functions, which made it difficult to get an overall view of what was going on. Now, no more Mitchell for SMS, AutoVitals for DVIs, plus CRM software and manually picking through the numbers for KPIs. Tekmetric does it all, through its own built-in features and reports, as well as integrations with other programs. Canned jobs and smart jobs have greatly streamlined the service advisors' workflow, cutting in half the time required to write up a new RO or build an estimate. The transition was made easy by all the FAQs and training articles, plus their staff who will remotely connect and transfer all your customer data and invoice history for you. Our entire staff was on-board and excited about the change from day 1, and everyone wishes we'd done it much sooner.
