The efficiency gained by switching to Tekmetric has allowed me to keep more technicians busy while not having to add additional help in the office.The integrations available through the software have also increased efficiency and added benefits to our shop and our customers. Creating RO's is quick and efficient. Ordering parts is a breeze. Texting customers is fantastic. AND, adding Tekmerchant with Affirm and Klarna has helped us close many large RO's that otherwise wouldn't have. I also love the constant innovation. I feel confident that Tekmetric will be our last shop management system!

This is a simple yet robust SMS, The customer support is insane because you can chat with a real person in a minute. Its easy to integrate other applications and they are always updating and refining their products based on what we need in the field. Keep up the good work

I like that it is so easy to use. All of the information that I need for each vehicle is always right at my fingertips within the program. I also LOVE that I can communicate with my customers, as well as send them the inspections and estimates right through the program with the click of a button so they can easily view and approve the work on their own. I especially like that it is easy for my technicians to use to notate their findings AND take photos that can be sent directly to the customer via the inspections. Recently they did an update where they added the ability to add more than one technician to a job. This is VERY helpful! A great system to use; I can go on and on about all of the great features all day long.

I really like the quick job feature that automatically pulls labortime and pulls up the part associated with that job from all of my suppliers and will quickly add the part to the job line. Its a huge time saver from having to add the job and then navigate to the supplier page and then look up the part.
