I love how organized this system has made our shop. It prompts each step from customer calls, to quotes, then parts ordering, scheduling and finally cashing out. It all works together so smoothly from start to finish. We also like how much easier it is to track productivity and sales with this system. The ability to "can jobs" to be quoted over and over help us quote common items quickly and our customers LOVE the texting option. It also integrates well with our systems we already use.

I have been using it for about a year now, here are my thoughts. (Pros): 1) it is very user friendly, you can teach your grandpa and he will be using it in a day or two 2) Suppot time when back with you super quic van kly. 3) Very editable and customizable which makes great tickets for customers.

The workflow is forward from start to finish, no matter which stage of the process you're in the next step is simply one click ahead! Basic service repair orders can be created and presented to the customer within seconds. All the integrations allow even the more complex repairs to be ready for the customer within minutes. I use Tekmetric for every repair order and counter sale! Implementation is easy with basic steps that are quickly learned in stages, no need to learn the entire system in 1 day or even 1 week! On-the-screen live metrics to track critical sales goals are second to none! Customer Support when needed is top notch!

The real time data is great, reporting offers lots of options especially consider it is not accounting software. I can find the info I need easily. The colored RO tags make the job board so much easier to manage and organize. So as a data nerd - yes data is my favorite part of Tek.
