work management is good. Labor integration is very good now that straight Alldata is in play. Reporting is very good. Integration with CRMs and payment processing is almost seamless. Easy to use/very intuitive. Support is quick

Tekmetric is a forward thinking company that is always seeking ways to improve,become more viable, and become more useful to it's clients. Originally, 4 years ago, when I came onboard with TM, it was the cloud-based software that drew me in. Throughout the years, the digital inspections, willingness to integrate with other software, and constant updates is what has kept me with Tekmetric.

As a 20+ year software developer I'm always looking for a company that starts right and continues right. Tekmetric checked all the boxes I needed to be able to trust them with the future of my business needs. Their in constant sdevelopment on new features. The user interface is current and easy to use. The functionality is robust. The customer service is quick and responsive. We use it 10 to 12 hours a day with no issues. All of our past cutomer information was ported easily for history refference and quick new ticket creation. The Implementation was easy. We integrated with their payment system and reduced all the friction for the customer.

Was initially hesitant to use Tekmetrice for a couple of reasons. One, I'm an "old timer" - not too eager to learn something new. Two, I was already used to another management software that I knew frontwards and backwards, but after 3 days of jumping all in, I found it easy to use and didn't have to go from screen to screen to gather all the info I needed.
