Ease of use, new and old service writers find it easy to learn. I find it simple to get a hold of help when needed. When intergration occurred it was smooth. It is a breeze to population information about repairs whether written, photo or video. The digital inspection program and the ability to make adjustments to it is great.

Tekmetric is extremely user friendly. When we were looking at several POS products, this one has the best interface hands-down. The system is very intuitive and makes it easy to onboard new team members.

Making the switch from the previous software i used was a breeze. Ease of building estimates. Very good integration with parts ordering websites. Very detailed reports to track how your business is doing. Since making the switch i use it multiple times a day. Have yet to require any support but they are always reaching out to make sure everything is going smooth,

Tekmetric has made a shop owner's life a breeze when it comes to stressing about shop management. The simplicity of Tekmetric is unparallel! I utilized every feature that Tekmetric offers. From text to pay, paperless inspections and even tracking my employee's hours. The time and money I have saved using this system are incredible! I look forward to any future betas that Tekmetric utilizes and is willing to give my feedback in any way fit.
