The ability to record and share inspection information and collect payment virtually for after hours pickup, and how easy it is to integrate our complimentary software. super intuitive to implement for our employee's, have really never needed customer support because the only issues we have had have been a few company wide down times a few years ago. it is the only software we use, and hopefully will ever use, for service writing and invoicing.
