Interface is very easy to use and very reliable. They have a ton of features and integrations I can use to further help my business succeed.
Their DVI are set up very well and look great compared to other SMS's.
Customer support is extremely helpful and always on top of things.
The implementation was very easy and they have a great team on hand to help you with anything you could need.

Tekmetric has so many integrations. That whatever your need in your shop program it is easy to obtain. Being able to text estimates and invoice to customers has been very valuable. They can review their estimate and approve online. Once send invoice they can also pay online Not only do I love Tekmetric but my customers love it also. Easy to navigate the system even a novice will pick up the system. Estimates are quick and easy with being able to pull multiple labor and parts references at once.

I love the ease of use along with reporting that is accurate and easy to implement. The daily use of tekmetric by our teams gives us insight into the business and easily allows us to discover what we need to adjust to meet our sales and operational goals.
